Terms and Conditions of booking
Children will be charged at an adult rate if an extra sleeping position is used. If the child is sleeping with parents, or in their own cot, no charge will be incurred for children.
The coastal pods can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. A fifth sleeping position is available on request, but will not have its own bathroom facilities.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed to stay in the coastal pods. We have two rooms available in the motel that can accommodate a small to medium sized pet.
Check in is at 2.00 pm / Check out is at 10.30 am.
Deposit and cancellation policy
A deposit amount equivalent to the first night’s tariff is required at the time of booking or within 7 days to guarantee your booking for arrival. This deposit will be refunded if cancellations are received up to 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received after this date will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid.
